本研究使用雷射輔助閃光燒結(laser assisted flash sintering, LAFS)製備摻鈰釔鋁石榴石螢光陶瓷(cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet; YAG: Ce),探討不同雷射功率與掃描速率之相變態與發光性能的差異。透過光學顯微鏡觀察樣品外觀,表面出現雷射燒結(laser sintering, LS)典型的峰谷特徵,並且隨著雷射功率提升表面孔與起伏形貌隨之增加,因此以表面形貌較難判 別是否受到LAFS影響。而微觀結構在掃描速率由100 mm/s-400 mm/s,雷射能量密度降低的情況下,LAFS表面晶粒依然可觀察到生長,並未出現大幅度的改變。透過拉曼光譜分析樣品成分發現,雷射功率與掃描速率下皆有生成YAG相,並且LAFS樣品之結晶性,隨著掃描速率增加而出現明顯的提升。透過顯微光致發光譜儀系統分析樣品發光性能,發現在不同功率下,LAFS樣品的黃光強度在20 W時產生之黃光強度,與相同參數之LS相比,提升約25.64%。.

This study prepares cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG: Ce) by laser assisted flash sintering (LAFS) to explore the phase transformation and luminescence of different laser powers and scanning rates. performance differences. Observing the appearance of the sample with a transmission optical microscope, the typical peak and valley characteristics of laser sintering (LS) appear on the surface. As the laser power increases, the surface pores and undulations increase. Therefore, it is difficult to judge whether the sample is based on the surface morphology. Affected by LAFS. When the scanning rate of the microstructure is changed from 100 mm/s to 400 mm/s and the laser energy density is reduced, the growth of LAFS surface grains can still be observed without significant changes. Through Raman spectroscopy analysis of the sample components, it was found that the YAG phase was generated under both laser power and scanning rate, and the crystallinity of the LAFS sample increased significantly as the scanning rate increased. The luminescence performance of the sample was analyzed through a micro photoluminescence spectrometer system, and it was found that under different powers, the yellow light intensity of the LAFS sample at 20 W increased by approximately 25.64% compared with the LS with the same parameters..
