Dr. Vinod Sharma, an Associate Professor of Management at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) in Pune, boasts 23 years of rich experience spanning academia and industry. His diverse management roles equip him to excel as both a researcher and instructor. Dr. Sharma's expertise lies in Marketing Research & Analytics, Marketing Strategy, and Consumer Behaviour. With over 85 authored papers and 3 completed international projects, he's a prolific academician. Additionally, he has facilitated numerous management development programs for prestigious organizations such as IOC, NIBSCOM, MSME, and FIEO. Dr. Chandan Maheshkar has 14 years of experience in management education and research. He is associated with several management institutes in central India including the University of Indore in various capacities. As a Senior Consultant, he has served the Centre for Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA), Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal, India.
