The problem cruise lines face COVID-19 post-pandemic is the ability to sail with enough passengers to sustain successful profitability. This study focuses on what influences a consumer's decision to book a cruise COVID-19 post-pandemic from Florida ports. This research uses quantitative methodology using a survey implemented through Survey Monkey. The sample population includes a minimum of 92 participants from experienced cruisers and was analyzed using SPSS multiple linear regression. The research found (1) the destination is a predictor for booking a cruise COVID-19 post-pandemic by experienced cruise consumers and (2) crowded embarkation ports are not a factor for cruise consumers when deciding to book a cruise COVID-19 post-pandemic. Since COVID-19 post-pandemic, the cruise industry has experienced a decrease in cruise consumer travel. The study results can assist the cruise industry in attracting consumers to book a cruise COVID-19 post-pandemic.
