This qualitative, multiple-case study examined some of the reasons behind the lack of technological support by two- and four-year college leadership in Houston, Texas, regarding technology use in education. The technology acceptance model (TAM) was utilized to verify the opinions of the two- and four-years college leadership about adapting and utilizing technology, using the TAM's three concepts, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to adopt technology and a new variable which is the continuous technology integration process. The study was organized by the research question demonstrating the represented leadership positions in college education. Data were gathered through interviews with a selected sample of ten two- and four-years college leaders. The semi-structured interview questions were utilized to clarify and anticipate the leaders' recognition of technology relative to whether they find them useful, are easy to use, acceptably continue the integration process acceptably, and are projected to use them. The interviews' data were collected and coded for frequently evolving building patterns, sets, and themes. The data were analyzed using NVivo codes to obtain the data ranking and meaning, divided into small groups and sets with a code such as agree, neutral, and disagree. The codes were given a zero to hundred-point scale to perform statistical conclusions. The results of this study based on the alpha regression model confirmed that there was significant proof that the leaders who realized technology useful, easy to use, and continuing the integration process acceptably projected to adopt them. The findings indicated that the study population was insignificant and the technology description was extensive. A larger population and a specific type of technology were suggested for future examination.
