This study explores the significant connection between the integration of cybersecurity measures in chatbot risk management and the wider framework of enterprise risk management (ERM). This study aims to conduct a thorough analysis of the influence of cybersecurity measures on the effectiveness of enterprise risk management in light of the increasing prevalence of chatbots in organizational operations. The focus of this analysis will be on the specific security measures implemented for these conversational agents. The research identifies and addresses gaps in existing knowledge by scrutinizing the incorporation of cybersecurity policies, incident response plans, audits, employee training, and encryption protocols within chatbot risk management strategies. The objective of this study is to examine the intricate connection between the independent variable, Integration of Cybersecurity in Chatbot Risk Management (ICCRM), and the dependent variable, Effectiveness of Overall Enterprise Risk Management (EERM), through an exploration of several dimensions.The research methodology employs a survey design, featuring Likert scale questions and demographic inquiries, to collect quantitative data from a diverse array of organizations spanning various industries and sizes. The primary objective of this study is to enhance the scholarly comprehension of cybersecurity practices within the domain of chatbot technologies. Additionally, it aims to provide practical insights for enterprises seeking to strengthen their overall effectiveness in risk management. By discerning best practices and identifying potential areas for enhancement, the research aspires to provide actionable recommendations that empower organizations to navigate the evolving cybersecurity environment. This includes leveraging the advantages of chatbot technologies while maintaining a robust framework for enterprise risk management.
