The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between impostor phenomenon, work engagement and psychological safety. The study utilized the Clance impostor Phenomenon Scale, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale and Edmondson's Psychological Safety Scale. A correlational cross-sectional approach was utilized to examine the relationship between variables. A hierarchical regression was used to examine the moderation of psychological safety on impostor phenomenon and work engagement. The study had 102 participants. The results show that impostor phenomenon was significantly negatively related to psychological safety and psychological safety and work engagement are significantly positively related. Also, psychological safety moderated the relationship between impostor phenomenon and work engagement.
