Talep yogunlugunu hizli bir sekilde karsilamak isteyen tekstil sektoru, cevresel tahribati ilk asamada hesaba katmamistir. Zaman icerisinde doganin dengesinin bozulusu, yerel ve uluslararasi otoriteleri harekete gecirmistir. Sistemden artik estetik beklentinin disinda, fonksiyonel, cevrede daha az iz birakan ve surdurulebilir urunler beklenmeye baslanmistir. Karbon ayak izi ve yasam dongusu degerlendirme calismalari adina bircok calisma gerceklesmistir. Bu degerlendirmeler gerceklestirilirken en onemli girdilerden biri olan tekstil yardimci kimyasallari hakkindaki bilgilerin kisitli olmasi nedeni ile hesaplamalara dahil edilmemesi yaygindir. Nakliye ve enerji kaynakli emisyonlar disinda urunlerin yapisindaki cevresel zararliliklar goz ardi edilebilmektedir. Bu yuzden tekstil yardimci kimyasallari ureten bir firmanin verileri ile SimaPro 8.5.0 yazilimi, IMPACT 2002+ metodu ile ISO 14067:2018 standardi kullanilarak kapidan kapiya siniri ile cevresel bir degerlendirme yapilmistir. Bu calismada bitim kimyasallarinda en cok tercih edilen grup olan yumusaticilardan 2 adet noniyonik 2 adet katyonik yumusatici degerlendirilmistir. Calismada 62,5 kg kumasa etki eden 1 kg yumusatici fonksiyonel birim olarak secilmistir. Emisyon degerlerine az miktarda uretimler icin tuketilen elektrik enerjisi, payetleme gibi ek enerji tuketim surecleri ve tedarik asamalari etki etmektedir. Kimyasallarin emisyon yukleri fazla olsa bile urun icerisinde kullanilan miktarin etkili oldugu gorulmustur. Sivi formda olan noniyonik yumusatici A ve katyonik yumusatici B'nin payet formunda olan diger yumusaticilara gore daha az cevresel etkisinin oldugu sonucuna varilmistir. Yazilim ve standart sonuclari hesaplama farkliliklari olmasina ragmen egilimler ortusmektedir. Nakliye surecinin dahil olmadigi durumda urun manuel karbon ayak izi hesabinda sonuclari birbirine yakin hale getirirken siralamayi degistirmemistir. Yazilima dahil edilmeyen nakliye sureci ciddi oranda azalmalara ve siralamanin degismesine neden olmustur ve fiziksel forma gore agirliklandirmanin dogru olmayacagi gorulmustur. Yasam dongusu sonucuna yuzey aktif maddelerin oldukca etki etmesi uretici icin daha cevreci ham madde secim stratejilerini dogurmaktadir. Tekstil ureticileri icin birincil veri elde edilerek kimyasal tercih kriterleri olusturulmustur.

520 $a The textile industry, which would like to meet the demand intensity quickly, did not take into account the environmental damage at the first stage. The deterioration of the balance of nature over time has mobilized local and international authorities. Apart from the aesthetic expectation, functional, sustainable products that leave less traces in the environment have begun to be expected from the system. Many studies have been carried out on behalf of carbon footprint and life cycle assessment studies. It is common for these evaluations not to be included in the calculations due to the limited information about textile auxiliaries, which is one of the most important inputs. Apart from emissions from transportation and energy, environmental hazards in the structure of products can be ignored. For this reason, an environmental assessment was made with the door-to-door limit using the data of a company producing textile auxiliary chemicals, SimaPro 8.5.0 software, IMPACT 2002+ method and ISO 14067: 2018 standard. In the study, 1 kg of softener acting on 62,5 kg of fabric was chosen as the functional unit. Emission values are affected by electrical energy consumed for small amounts of production, additional energy consumption processes such as flakers and supply stages. It has been observed that the amount used in the product is effective in the emission value, as well as the emission loads of the chemicals are important. It was concluded that nonionic softener A and cationic softener B in liquid form have less environmental impact than other softeners in the form of flakes. The trends overlap, although there are differences in software and standard results calculation. In the case that the transportation process is not included, the product did not change the order while making the results close to each other in the manual carbon footprint calculation. The transportation process, which was not included in the software, caused serious reductions and changes in the order, and it was seen that the weighting according to the physical form would not be correct. The fact that surfactants have a great impact on the life cycle result leads to more environmentally friendly raw material selection strategies for the manufacturer. Chemical preference criterias were created by obtaining primary data for textile manufacturers.
