In 2022, with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney coming into the spotlight, humans reshaped their conceptions of creativity through the innovation of AI. As artificial intelligence continues to advance. Artificial intelligence is providing individuals with more and more possibilities to create works that were inconceivable in the past. The prospect of a single individual creating a film replete with cutting-edge visual effects, life like sci-fi props, professional camera work, and the full spectrum of elements found in a conventional multimillion-dollar production was once unthinkable. This research aims to discuss the possibility and implementation of generative AI technology in the filmmaking thereby creating a workflow that enables individual creators to make their own films with the help of AI. This investigation will also analyze various AI image and video generative tools such as Midjourney, DALL.E. Runway ML, Pika, and etc. In addition to evaluating the new AI tools, we will also investigate the entire spectrum of filmmaking production stages and see how the tools can be applied to each stage. This research explores that sufficient AI image and video generative tool set are backed with technologies that allow individual creators at all levels to create films by correctly utilizing the tools.
