    Summary: 非球面模仁補償對於鏡片成型具有關鍵的影響,模仁的補償必須考慮鏡片外形尺寸、成型條件、模具的設計以及塑料的材料特性等因素。本研究將以實際案例使用相同的模座以及塑料,針對鏡片的尺寸外形以及成型條件上做相關探討。確立補償條件時須同時考量塑膠鏡片的兩面形狀,非球面鏡可分成軸對秤與非軸對秤,此兩種類又可細分為凸面與凹面,將各式鏡片做整理歸納後運用MATLAB 數值分析軟體做曲線擬合,將實際值與設計值做比較後,將得到的誤差值代入非球面方程式求得補償係數運用於模仁之補償,經由實際試驗可知選擇適當的補償條件重於成型條件之調整,藉由此兩要素之調整成型品可達到成型精度之要求。 The compensation for aspherical mold is an important element to plastic lens injection. The compensation for mold must take into consideration the size of the lens, the condition of lens injection, the design of the mold, and the characteristics of the material. In this study, we manufacture lens by equal mold and material, and discuss the influence between the condition of lens injection and the shape. Aspherical lens can be divided in two categories, axis symmetrical and unsymmetrical, and these two categories can each be further divided into convex and concave lens. We should allow for positive and negative of the lens when determination of the compensate situation. We use MATLAB to modify curve as curve-fitting, and use its aspherical functions to compare actual and design values. Through experiments, we conclude that the deal of compensation is more important than adjustment in plastic lens injection. We can arrive at compensation by blending these two elements。
