Summary:
大口徑光學鏡片一般材質多取用玻璃材質透鏡(Glass),但在產品輕薄短小的目標要求下,大口徑非球面塑膠光學鏡片(Aspheric Plastics Lens)開始有了越來越多的應用。本文利用一個聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate)材質、直徑46mm用於投影機的非球面塑膠光學鏡片(Aspheric Plastics Lens),使用模流分析軟體Moldex 3D配合非球面分析軟體AAU(Aspherics Analysis Utility),找出X軸與Y軸對稱性的最佳化,進而求出影響大口徑非球面塑膠鏡片的形狀精度與雙折射率的原因。由實驗結果得知影響雙折射率的關鍵因子為模具溫度與螺桿溫度,其次則為射出成型機的參數設定調整。而對於非球面塑膠鏡片表面輪廓精度影響最為顯著的要因依次是保壓時間、保壓壓力、模具溫度、螺桿溫度、冷卻時間、射出速度等。 The general material usage for large-diameter optical lens has been glass. However in order to achieve the objective with minimum size and weight for the product, the large-diameter aspherical plastic optical lens starts to be in consideration of more and more applications. This thesis is to analyze the associated parameters of shape precision and bi-refractive index which will influence the large-diameter aspherical plastic optical lens. This is a projector project using an 46 mm diameter spherical plastic optical lens made by PC (Polycarbonate) material. With using mold flow analysis software (Moldex 3D) and aspherical analysis software (AAU=Aspherics Analysis Utility), we can have an optimum condition with X-axis and Y-axis symmetrized, so as to find out the root cause of influencing the shape precision and bi-refractive index. Per the experiment data, the key factors to impact on the bi-refractive index are the mold temperature and screw temperature, and next the molding parameters setting. And the key factor to impact on the surface accuracy of the aspherical plastic lens are, in order, the holding time, holding pressure, mold temperature, screw temperature, cooling time, injection speed…etc.
