行動電話用揚聲器因為受尺寸上的限制導致低感度、高失真以及高共振頻率之缺點,運用分析軟體加以模擬分析,並藉此獲得最佳的幾何尺寸參數來提升行動電話揚聲器的性能表現 。 揚聲器的動作原理為對於和磁場之磁力線成90°之導體通以電流,依據佛來明(Fleming)左手定則,導體會依定則之運動方向作運動,(此即馬達的動作原理 ),由於導體(即音圈)被粘著於振動膜上,故振動膜即會被間接帶動振動空氣而產生聲音 。 在理論分析方面,以橢圓形振動板的振動理論來分析振動板的共振頻率及模態,在有限元素軟體進行模擬分析,瞭解振動板花紋形式、數目及振動力臂對振動板強度的影響。本論文實際將揚聲器製成成品並與模擬結果做比對分析。這些分析結果對日後研發新的揚聲器可作為參考,並有助於改善現有揚聲器的電氣性能 。 This study aimed to improve the drawbacks of low sensitivity, high distortion, and high resonance frequency of cellular phone speakerphone due to the limit of its size. Using an analyzing software to simulate and to analyze for obtaining the optimal dimensional parameter in geometry, in order to improve the performance of cellular phone speakerphone. The operating principle of speakerphone is that it electrifies the conductor that aligns with the magnetic line of force at 90° angle. According to Fleming's Left Hand Rules, the conductor would move along the direction in the rule (which is also the motion principle of motor). Due to the conductor (sound coil) is adhered to the vibration diaphragm, so that the vibration diaphragm is driven to vibrate the air to make sounds. For theoretical analysis, the vibration theory of oval shape vibration board was used to analyze the resonance frequency and model. The limit element software was used for simulation analysis to understand how the rigidity of vibration board is affected by its pattern, quantity and, material textures. On the thesis, it would fabricate a speakerphone into a finished product, and then compare the performance with simulation results. The results could be used as reference to the development of new speakerphones in the future, and improve the electronic performances of speakerphone presently.
