Summary:
近幾年來,機械領域慢慢從傳統加工轉到CNC電腦輔助控制,基本的勞力及傳統產業紛紛外移至對岸,台灣目前更專注於產業之提昇,而射出成型(Injection Molding)工業更在機械方面仍佔有一席之地。到目前為止在射出成型加工是非常普遍,且射出成型機器在國內已有相當的自製能力,技術層面也逐漸發展成熟,不管是學術或業界為了提升競爭力,紛紛投入精密射出成型的研究。 射出成型模具之製程參數眾多,因此需以模流分析軟體,事先對研發產品做製程模擬,以節省研發時間與成本。目前模流分析皆以成品為考慮對象,只考慮不同的冷卻管路排列方式和不同的澆道設計,對成品品質的影響,作為模具設計的參考。然而並未考慮到實際製程參數所衍生的壓力、速度、 溫度的不同,對成品之影響性。因此本研究在於探討在射出成型方式下,其導螺桿在進料時所承受的壓力與料筒間產生之摩擦熱是否會造成溫度變化而加以分析。 In recently years, the mechanical areas have changed from traditional manufactures to CNC computer Aid control. Most of the low level work and traditional industries are moving from Taiwan to China. We seriously focus on upper our technologies in Taiwan now. The injection molding industry has shared its place in machine manufacture in Taiwan. Nowadays plastic injection is more popular than before. The plastic injection molding machine can be made by us in Taiwan. The technology of the injection molding is already come to maturity. In order to promote the competitiveness, the academia or manufacture industry spend a lot of time and money to promote the precise in injection molding. There are many parameters in injection mold, so they need mold flow programs to analysis for plastic product. They can be used to save time and money in research. Mold flow analysis programs only can consider plastic product itself, only can design different gate line and cooling line, and product quality influence, as the reference of the mold design. But the mold flow programs can not consider actual work that will induce different pressure、speed、 temperature that will influence on products. The main topic of this research is to discuss under the injection molding perform, when plastic material was pushed forward , the effect of the pressure within the barrel that was induced by the screw,and whether the effect of the frictional heating will cause the change of the barrel’s heat.
