Summary:
摘要由於近年來國民生活水準的提高與休閒活動受到重視,加上政府積極推動數位內容產業下,讓電玩能乘著「數位休閒娛樂」的順風車,扭轉以往帶給社會的不良印象,成為高科技休閒的娛樂方式,使商用大型遊戲機近年來蓬勃發展。然而一部商用遊戲機中,硬幣的計算與輸送是遊戲運行中相當重要的一個環節,而硬幣計算與輸送的動作,即是由遊戲機中的送幣機來完成。 送幣機發展至今雖已有多種不同的機構類型,但目前符合商用大型遊戲機所使用的送幣機依然普遍存在「卡幣」的問題,雖然目前的送幣機對於「卡幣」均有排除功能,但送幣機於「卡幣」時內部零件即受到損害,造成送幣機故障率居高不下與使用壽命不足等問題。本研究的目的在於改善送幣機構,以解決目前送幣機故障率高與使用壽命不足的問題。針對機構卡幣缺點進行動作改良,以硬幣緩衝的新概念,改良現有送幣機機構,完成實驗機台並進行測試,經測試結果送幣機卡幣率由十萬分之一降低到兩百萬分之一,使用壽命由原三佰萬枚提升到一仟萬枚,可有效改善送幣機的功能。 AbstractSo for, different kinds of video arcades were developed for leisure time and amusements. Nowadays, it even thought used for commercial function large -scale game machines. Coin jam problem still exists in these machines. Most of coin-hopper owns their function to eliminate the problem. Coin jam leads to the internal part damaged. The breakdown rate raises and the shorter circle life causes .The purpose of this research is to improve the swing organization to solve the problems of the breakdown rate and the duration of the mechanism. First at all, the relevant patents were collected, and different mechanism types of coin-hopper were compared. Then an experimental machine with improved mechanism of coin-hopper was designed. After testing, the rate of coin jam was reduced from original one- ten thousandth to one-two billionth; service life duration rises form original three million coins to ten million coins.
