Summary:
本研究主要以電泳沉積法在可撓式基板製備TiO2的薄膜電極應用在染料敏化太陽能電池(DSSC)上之研究。可撓式塑膠基板因不具耐150℃以上高溫製程,因此利用低溫製程之電泳沉積法來備製二氧化鈦奈米電極結構。電泳沉積法優點包括製程設備簡單、便宜、沉積速率快、易控制沉積厚度及特性、製程溫度低等。我們將針對二氧化鈦光電極結構做了X 光繞射,FESEM、紫外光/可見光光譜、效率等分析。多孔性的薄膜電極應用於染料敏化太陽能電池上,需藉由染料的吸附作為光敏化劑,以增加電子傳導能力,本研究將多孔性的薄膜電極長時間浸泡在以紫質衍生物TCPP 為染料的環境下,的確可對工作電極產生光催化作用。從我們研究結果可以證明二氧化鈦電極和TCPP染料接觸面積的重要性,它對於染料敏化太陽能電池效率的提昇,扮演重要關鍵的角色。 In this study, dye-sensitized solar cell with nano-TiO2 thin film electrode prepared by electrodeposition method on a flexible plastic substrate was fabricated, and investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra, and current-voltage characteristics analyses. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the TiO2 anatase phase forms well as thin film deposited. From the results of SEM image, the surface of as-grown thin film is porous. While using a compress mechanism to condense a nano-TiO2 thin film, we can get a smooth surface of film. From the results of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra and current-voltage characteristics analyses, the porous, smooth and condensed thin film will improve the absorption of dye and increase electrons transferred from dye to the conduction band of TiO2,resulting in the enhancement of efficiency for dye-sensitized solar cell.
