The purpose of the quantitative, correlational study was to determine if a relationship existed between the time in position of the Women Veteran Program Manager (WVPM) and the accessibility of health care services for women veterans. Analysis was conducted by Pearson r correlations and Cronbach's Alpha Split-Half reliability to determine survey instrument reliability, and Cronbach's Alpha reliabilities analysis to determine reliability between grouped survey questions. Preliminary analysis revealed a positive mid to high level of strength for instrument reliability, a high level of strength for each question set establishing internal reliability, and a high reliability rating between grouped survey questions. Seven data categories were used to test the hypotheses. The test of assumptions was performed, but all were not met. The results identified variances between the time in position of the WVPM and accessibility of health care services for women veterans; however a relationship did not exist. The null hypothesis was not rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. The study enhanced the theoretical framework of organizational development; however, the conceptual framework guiding the study, TQM, was not substantiated. Suggestions for future research are essential for a thorough evaluation of the WVPM position to better serve our women veterans.
