Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS), such as personal care and homemaking are provided to seniors to promote independence living. One of the goals of the LTSS is to reduce utilization cost of seniors as they are frail and have functional limitations that interfere with their ability to live independently at home. As the aging population is growing, the demand for the LTSS services is also increasing. The Quality Home Care (QHC) is a company that provides quality of personal care and homemaking services to assist senior population to maintain their well-being while they continue to live in their own home and to improve overall health outcomes.
