Understanding the cultural dynamics, advantages, legal, and administrative challenges for recruiting and hiring physicians will help HR departments in the recruiting and onboarding phases. There is a growing shortage of physicians in the U.S., and recruiting and hiring Indian physicians may help lessen this shortage.
