This research paper will explore the leadership style in Vietnamese rubber farms in the southern region. Furthermore, this research will also examine the correlation between the three basic leadership styles (democratic, autocratic, and laissez-faire) and productivity in the context of the Vietnamese rubber farms. This will enable the research to identify the leadership style with the highest productivity in the Vietnamese rubber farms in the southern region.
