Following the cognitive lens perspective of strategic change, this study examined the relationship of strategic change on innovative performance in Taiwanese SMEs as well as investigated the relationships of top executives' behavior integration on strategic change and innovative performance. It also observed the relationship of CEO's personality on Top Management Team Behavior Integration (TMTBI). Combining the learning lens perspective of strategic change and organizational culture, this study also investigated the relationship of organizational culture and TMTBI as well as examined the moderating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between strategic change and firm's innovative performance. After collecting data from 56 Taiwanese SMEs, only 53 firms were proceeded to data analysis. Pearson correlation and multiple regression were mainly used in this research. The results confirmed that strategic change positively related to firm's innovative performance in Taiwanese SMEs. TMTBI positively associated with both strategic change and firm's innovative performance. CEO's conscientiousness, emotional stability and agreeableness positively related to TMTBI whereas CEO's extraversion negatively related to TMTBI. Adaptability, mission, consistency and involvement culture were positively associated with TMTBI. On the other hand, only mission culture was positively moderated the effect of strategic change on firm's innovative performance in Taiwanese SMEs.
