Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are becoming increasingly prevalent in the business world today. To remain efficient and competitive in today's markets, small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) should consider implementing ERP systems, but with limited resources such a project can be difficult to execute. This study includes a comprehensive review of success factors for ERP selection and implementation that are especially relevant to SMEs. The literature review is followed by a Project Plan that will assist project managers in the execution of such a project.
