The purpose of this project is to invalidate the existing methods for performing facial recognition. Facial recognition considers many aspects before its actual operations are performed. Many situations must also be considered such as the angle of the camera, the aspect ratio and motion of the object with respect to the camera, and the shutter speed of the camera. There are many techniques that have been implemented for face recognition, but many of these techniques have problems recognizing a blurred image. These detection problems can be eliminated by using three algorithms: illumination, blurring, and pose. These algorithms will sequentially be more effective than the existing methods and will prove a definite solution for facial recognition in a blurred state.
