Everitt was instrumental in forming the extensive body building industry that characterized Detroit prior to World War II. Metzger established the first automotive dealership in Detroit, if not the country, and served as head of sales of Cadillac during its formative years. Flanders, a genius with machines, masterminded the tools of production for the first Model T.
