This study is a continuation of the design of the Space Ambulance concept based on the X-37B space plane. The spacecraft will autonomously arrive to the ISS, stay docked to the station for a minimum of 2 years, and then return to Earth with a crew of three people. In the next step of maturing this design, the Propulsion, Thermal Control, and Environmental Control and Life Support (ECLS) systems were designed and analyzed subject to program mission requirements and applicable NASA Standards in this report. The results of this study include the analysis of the mission profile and the subsequent selection of components in each system for the success of the ambulance concept. The results of this work will provide a foundation for which future component-level design will take place.
