Der Inhalt Theoretische Bezüge und Stand der Forschung Qualitative und quantitative empirische Befunde Bilanz und Perspektiven Die Zielgruppen Forschende, Lehrende und Studierende der Sozialwissenschaften, insbesondere der Soziologie, Politik- und Erziehungswissenschaft Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in Non-Profit-Organisationen, insbesondere in Verbänden, Einrichtungen und Diensten der Freien Wohlfahrtspflege Die Autoren Holger Backhaus-Maul, Soziologe und Verwaltungswissenschaftler, ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg und Mitglied im Vorstand der Stiftung Aktive Bürgerschaft (Berlin).
