[electronic resource] /by Xiao Li. - 1st ed. 2015. - XII, 125 p. 103 illus., 77 illus. in color.online resource. - Springer Theses, Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research,2190-5053. - Springer Theses, Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research,.
Introduction -- Synthesis, Separation, Transfer and Structural Characterization of Graphene-based Woven Fabric -- GWF/silicon solar cells -- Strain Sensors of Graphene Woven Fabrics -- GWF/ amorphous carbon composites supercapacitor -- Conclusion.
This thesis reports on innovations in the design and direct synthesis of graphene-based woven fabric (GWF) and multi-layer graphene/porous carbon woven fabric films (MLG/PC) by means of chemical vapor deposition (CVD), using woven copper mesh and nickel mesh as the template. Further, it presents the successful applications of these materials as a platform for solar cells, supercapacitors and sensors, making it especially of interest to researchers and graduate students in the fields of materials sciences, nanotechnology and renewable energy.
