現代汽車工業對輪胎性能極高要求，特別是在安全性及耐久性方面，而輪胎花紋設計被認為是影響其性能及重要因素之一。本研究針對輪胎花紋和溝底導角對輪胎在承受荷重時變化情況及影響進行探討，研究中利用ABAQUS有限元分析對不同圓角設計和輪胎模型進行模擬分析，對比分析其在相同荷重條件下和應變分佈及變形情況，並將優化參數之輪胎樣件進行荷重實驗測試驗證模擬結果。研究結果顯示：1) 溝底圓角大小會影響輪胎在荷重下及應變分佈；2) 增加補強層有助於改善應立集中之現象；3) 當使用補強結構設計時，應變值從0.684減少至0.624，相較於原始結構減少8.77%，證實改善溝底圓角和適當增加結構能提升輪胎耐久性及使用壽命。.

520 3 $a Many automotive industry has high demands on tire performance, especially in terms of safety and durability. Tire tread design is considered one of the key factors affecting its performance. This study investigates the changes and impacts of tire tread and groove bottom fillet under load conditions. Using ABAQUS finite element analysis, the study simulates and compares different fillet designs and tire models under the same load conditions, analyzing the strain distribution and deformation. Optimized parameter tires were subjected to load experiments to validate the simulation results. The research findings are as follows: 1) The size of the groove bottom fillet affects the strain distribution under load; 2) Adding structural layers helps improve stress concentration phenomena; 3) When using a reinforced structure design, the strain value decreased from 0.684 to 0.624, a reduction of 8.77% compared to the original structure, confirming that improving the groove bottom fillet and appropriately adding structures can enhance tire durability and service life..
