工作記憶在幼兒的學習和日常活動中扮演重要角色，學者認為工作記憶是個體認知發展的核心能力 (Caggiano et al., 2006)。工作記憶係指個體在進行複雜的認知活動時，操作處理訊息的認知能力。工作記憶是人類發展許多複雜認知能力的基礎，如推理、問題解決、語言以及流體智力，對兒童的學業成績具有關鍵作用。過往研究發現相較於智力，工作記憶能更明確的預測學業成就。此外，過往亦有研究證明兒童及成人，透過工作記憶訓練之 n-back 作業能提升工作記憶能力，但工作記憶能力在透過 n back 作業訓練過後，是否可以提升其能力，尚待驗證。從歷史上看，工作記憶能力主要通過傳統智力測試進行評估。然而，最近的研究對這些行為測量的充分性提出了質疑，認為它們在準確檢測工作記憶變化方面存在不足。為了補足這個差距，本研究利用腦電圖（EEG）作為一種更為精密和準確的工具，以監測訓練後工作記憶的潛在變化。在本研究中，篩選了9名6至8歲的兒童，為期三週的 N-back 訓練計劃，旨在增強他們的工作記憶。該計劃包括三次環節，每個環節大約持續30分鐘。主要目標是調查工作記憶在兒童中的影響和發展軌跡。研究結果發現受試者在 n-back 任務上表現出顯著的進步，這種進步強烈支持了訓練計劃的有效性。結果表明，短期 N-back 訓練計劃可以顯著提高兒童的工作記憶能力，為教育策略、認知發展，以及兒童相關產業與教案提供重要的參考價值。.

520 3 $a Working memory plays a crucial role in the learning and daily activities of young children, with scholars considering it a core capability in cognitive development (Caggiano et al., 2006). Working memory refers to the cognitive ability to manipulate and process information during complex cognitive activities. It forms the basis for the development of many complex cognitive abilities in humans, such as reasoning, problem-solving, language, and fluid intelligence, and it plays a key role in children's academic performance. Previous research has found that working memory can predict academic achievement more accurately than intelligence. Moreover, studies have shown that both children and adults can enhance their working memory through n-back task training; however, the ability to improve working memory capacity through such training remains to be verified. Historically, working memory capacity has primarily been assessed through traditional intelligence tests. However, recent studies have questioned the adequacy of these behavioral measures, suggesting they fall short in accurately detecting changes in working memory. To address this gap, the present study utilized electroencephalography (EEG) as a more precise and accurate tool to monitor potential changes in working memory following training. In this study, nine children aged 6 to 8 years were selected for a three-week n-back training program designed to enhance their working memory. The program included three sessions, each approximately 30 minutes in duration. The main objective was to investigate the impact and developmental trajectory of working memory in children. The findings revealed that participants showed significant improvement in the n-back tasks, strongly supporting the effectiveness of the training program. The results indicate that a short-term n-back training program can significantly enhance children's working memory capabilities, providing important insights for educational strategies, cognitive development, and child-related industries and curricula..
