This quantitative study analyzed the relationships of organizational, technical, and process constructs with agile information technology (IT) project success. This quantitative study highlights critical success factors (CSF) frequently used to explain Agile IT project success. This study aimed to determine the extent to which the effects of organizational, technical, and process constructs on Agile IT project success are moderated by the team average age. The research methodology is quantitative, correlational, and nonexperimental. The present study used a quantitative research methodology that relies on statistical and numeric methods for data analysis. The survey instrument aimed to collect responses on organizational, technical, process, agile project success, and the team's average age. Results showed the linked coefficients that determined how Agile IT project management approaches affect project success. The present study shows that enterprises that rigorously pursue organizational, technical, and process CSF ensure more certainty for Agile IT project success outcomes. This quantitative study offers project management professionals practical methods to improve Agile IT project success.
