Media moves quickly. The news comes in cycles, superseding itself in a matter of moments. Information as a whole move by at a blur, causing us to "think at 85 miles per hour". This brings along with it a slew of detrimental effects. Being surrounded by an ocean of information, it is easy to be lost in it, to get caught up and swept away. The attention span is shortened and spread thinly. All of this adds to an ongoing mental health pandemic. In an effort to combat this contemporary phenomenon, the same medium must be used in order to solve the issue. In order to do this, I will be using a bunch of different technologies such as the raspberry pi and Arduino. This is to make it easier to detect changes in the environment through sensors and cameras. Looking at emotions with the help of AI, using voice recognition, and determining the state of the environment are all among the factors that are explored. Using these things to change the environment and space will personalize the surroundings to each person. This causes a mass customization effect which will change itself to suit the person and help them, no matter what they are feeling at the moment.
