Summary:
今日的企業正面臨著日益競爭的全球化商業環境,對製造業而言,縮短產品開發時程、提高品質與降低成本、快速反應客戶需求,已成為其保持競爭優勢的必備條件。對產品研發設計者而言,如何快速地設計出符合顧客需求的創新產品是最重要的課題。近年來由於人工智慧與網路技術之發展突飛猛進,使得協同式產品研發系統達到跨作業系統、跨程式語言、甚至跨任何接取設備的境界,讓研發團隊成員,不限設備、需求、時間、地點,隨時依需求取得各種服務。本研究旨在建構能支援協同產品設計之知識庫管理系統,讓產品設計者能快速地將顧客需求(Customer needs)透過可行的推理機制,搜尋與顧客需求相類似的參考產品,從事概念設計(Concept design)。同時為了在設計階段便考慮到產品的可裝配性、及可製造性、及製造成本,可經由相關知識庫的建構,讓Design for X技術,加入協同產品設計的理念中。本研究區分三個階段,首先探討知識庫管理系統之架構,並對知識庫模式與知識庫建構步驟提出建模方法,同時以支援顧客需求與模組化組裝設計之產品知識系統為例,建構可行的支援協同產品設計之知識庫管理系統。第二階段運用Web-service技術去整合此不同用途之知識庫管理系統,讓相關的產品研發活動可以突破時間、地點與設備平台的限制。最後階段以自行車產品研發為例,建構其產品知識庫(應用protégé為工具)、裝配製程知識庫等,實際建構支援協同式產品研發之知識庫管理系統,並驗證其可行性。最後透過實際以自行車產品研發為例所建構之支援協同式產品研發知識庫管理系統,達成讓產品設計者快速地將顧客需求透過所建立之推理機制,推理出符合顧客之產品,並透過模組化組裝設計之產品知識系統達成讓Design for X技術,加入協同產品設計的理念中,最後運用Web-service技術整合此兩不同用途之知識庫管理系統,讓相關產品研發活動可以突破時間、地點與設備平台的限制。 In the competitive environment, the enterprises must focus on the requirements of the customers, short time-to-market and superior product quality. To survive and make profits, concurrent engineering for product development has become a popular approach among manufacturing companies. In the paper, a product knowledge based management system is proposed and developed to discuss and solve the problems of design for X in concurrent engineering.It is distinguished three stages in the developing process of this product knowledge based management system. First, the structure of the product knowledge base is discussed and established including knowledge collection, knowledge extraction, knowledge model and knowledge base building. Secondly, two examples of bicycle product design are proposed and constructed for the demonstration of the product knowledge based management system. The former is supported for customer's demand of product knowledge base, the last is supported for modular assemble of the products knowledge system. Finally, web-service technology is adopted to integrate two examples of bicycle product knowledge management systems by the transformation of product knowledge into XML based format.However, the product knowledge based management system for DFX in concurrent engineering would take lesser time and cost in evolutionary concurrent and cooperative product design. It will greatly enhance the competitive capability of companies trying to reduce the engineering design change.
