Zum Autor Prof. Dr. Oliver Errichiello ist Professor an der Hochschule Mittweida und Dozent der Hochschule Luzern sowie der Universität Hamburg. Der Kommunikationspsychologe und Sozioökonom hat zahlreiche Bücher und Aufsätze zu Entwicklungen der Moderne in Zeiten des Kommunikationsgewitters geschrieben. Er war viele Jahre Executive Consultant am Institut für Markentechnik in Genf, Gründer des Büro für Markenentwicklung in Hamburg. Heute ist Errichiello zusätzlich Direktor Marken- und Produktstrategie und Leiter des Innovationslabors der Deutschen Seereederei.
