This thesis explores the cyberpunk phenomenon in 21st century urbanism, particularly its response to class segregation in emerging metropolises. Its goal is to break down spatial and mental limitations, and promote communication and interaction between different classes.The concept of the "social condenser" is utilized to create an environment where people of different income levels and classes can naturally gather.Given its complex political and cultural context, Venezuela's Torre David was chosen as an experimental field for this thesis. The tower is occupied by the lower classes and located in the central business district, and an informal community has developed inside. By integrating diverse programs and considering the interior space as an "Urban Interior," this thesis aims to establish a hybrid function that fosters increased communication and interaction between classes. Ultimately, it seeks to restore social identity among the tower's inhabitants while revitalizing the commercial value and landmark status of the Tower of David.This thesis takes an interior design perspective to address the class segregation prevalent in cyberpunk-inspired urbanism. Through its exploration of the social condenser and the Torre David case study, this thesis seeks to create adaptable communities that break down spatial restrictions and promote social inclusivity. By doing so, it contributes to the ongoing discourse surrounding urbanism and the evolving needs of 21st century cities.
