This study aimed to capture and understand the experiences of leaders who have actively worked to reduce racial microaggressions through inclusive practices. Utilizing a narrative framework and story circle concept, the study engaged six individuals in semi-structured interviews. The findings revealed that the participants employed various interventions to address racial microaggressions in the workplace. Their leadership journeys were shaped by their personal encounters with racial microaggressions and discriminatory behaviors. The participants shared both their successes and challenges in implementing inclusive behaviors, highlighting the effectiveness of inclusive leadership in reducing racial microaggressions. Additionally, it is recommended that further research explore the impact of social justice movements on the field of organizational leadership.
