The goal was not to define or prove which of the learning pathways are better, but to affirm one school's journey in creating a vibrant and robust learning community, thereby, demystify the pedagogical approach to student learning provided through a public Montessori School.

A descriptive research lens was used to identify lessons learned and important aspects around the implementation of a public Montessori school, which makes it a possible template for duplication are discussed and explored. These important aspects learned can be generalizable and apply to many types of schools. Here are the conclusions or take-a-ways summarized from this study: (1) Provide valid data collection and use around student learning to provide evidence of student development, school growth and classroom success. (2) Build a school culture with a growth mindset for students and adults. (3) Time for regular frequent teacher professional development and coaching to improve teacher pedagogy and reduce variance across classrooms. (4) Leverage classroom observation and progress data through the use of an online, web-based solution for student/parent and teacher feedback. (5) Partner with outside Montessori experts to plan long range. (6) Provide opportunities for students to Go Out into their community and research their interests.

Montessori is a viable pedagogy and when implemented with integrity and with the lessons learned from this study, many students can benefit from a rich and emancipating journey into adulthood knowing that they will become servant leaders in our communities.
