Die Autoren Christoph Lindinger ist Mitbegründer der PTA (1993), Diplom-Psychologe der RWTH Aachen, Filmemacher, Buchautor, Projekt Manager in zahlreichen Kundenprojekten weltweit und Managing Partner. Nach der Tätigkeit als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter der RWTH Aachen gründete er 1993 zusammen mit Kollegen das Trainings- und Beratungsunternehmen PTA mit Sitz in Köln, Deutschland, und Winterthur, Schweiz. Mirjam Ambühl ist Psychologin lic. phil. und MBTI Coach und seit 2010 Trainerin und Beraterin am PTA-Standort Winterthur. Sie ist seit der Konzeption des Schaffhauser JobClub-Modells 2011 im Projekt involviert und als Trainerin und Coach tätig. Ewa Vasseur ist Geisteswissenschaftlerin M. A. und Erwachsenenbildnerin. Seit vielen Jahren unterstützt sie Stellensuchende bei der beruflichen Neuorientierung. Seit 2012 hat sie als Trainerin und Coach bei der PTA Schweiz das Schaffhauser JobClub-Modell mit weiterentwickelt. <Vivian Biner leitet seit 2008 das Kantonale Arbeitsamt in Schaffhausen. Zuvor war er in der Privatwirtschaft als Verkaufsleiter und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung tätig. Er ist gelernter Elektroingenieur und hat sich zusätzlich zum Wirtschaftsingenieur weitergebildet.
